Yoga is an effective method for improving proprioception and sensory integration for children of all ages and abilities. Through poses, sequences and meditation exercises, practitioners learn to develop tools for self-regulation. Dynamic Lynks uses traditional yoga poses in tandem with hands-on adjustments, visuals, and auditory cues to make this healing practice accessible to all ages and levels of ability. In our yoga classes, children and parents will learn strategies to aid in calming and relaxation, in addition to all of the above mentioned benefits.

Teen Yoga group classes are for the older yogi looking to develop their practice through traditional Vinyasa flows and fun yoga games! In addition to sustained poses, teens will practice mindfulness and meditation techniques to reduce stress and aid in relaxation.
