Music is a powerful medium for attachment and bonding in infancy. Our therapists use music to soothe, create connection, and promote auditory exploration during this critical developmental window. Music is used to address developmental milestones and sensory engagement while teaching caregivers how to support these skills!

This parent & child group focuses on learning through play! Toddlers will practice social, cognitive, & communication development through instrument play, story-telling, singing, and sensorimotor fun. Prepare to rock and roll with your little one while fostering development in a unique way!

Movin' to the Music
Movin' to the Music group sessions are perfect for a child who needs some extra support while engaging in social interactions. Get ready to dance to awesome music, play instruments, and work on social, motor, and communication development through fun music and movement activities!

Sibling
Support
Sibling groups provide opportunities for self-expression, freedom, bonding, and social connection with other kids who are going through similar family dynamics, successes, and challenges. Our sibling groups have all the fun of music therapy paired with group discussion and community around the diverse needs of the families we support!

Social Dynamics
Social Dynamics groups use a neuro-affirming and strengths-based approach to support social/emotional learning. Peers will learn age-appropriate strategies for engagement and fostering healthy relationships with a focus on self-monitoring and expression!
Level 1: Ages 5-7

Executive Explorers
Executive functions are a set of mental skills that help us with everyday tasks, social interactions, cognitive demands, and emotional understanding. This group uses a social cognitive approach to support executive function development in tweens and teens. Group members will work on EF skills through music, play, and teamwork! Led by a Board-Certified Music Therapist and Occupational Therapist. Insurance billing and private pay options available.
Level 1: Ages 8-10 (4th & 5th graders)

Social Skills Rock!
Social Skills Rock! is for the teen in your life who is looking to work on social skills, emotional regulation and emotional expression through a unique rock band-style group. Participants will engage in lyric analysis, songwriting and instrument playing all while bonding and socializing with peers!
Ages 13 - 18
Wednesdays 5:00 - 6:00pm

Up
A group for adults with developmental disabilities to meet, find community through music, and engage in social experiences. Participants will learn a variety of skills to strengthen sense of self, support autonomy and independence, and build confidence through active music making and joyful self-expression.
